Beat place for the best spores ordered the 4 pack grab bag special the day before yesterday(Thursday) called them yesterday(Friday) and payed for my order and the dude I talked to told my they should be shipped by Monday well I looked yesterday and they shipped it out the same day I payed for it and it said expected to arrive on Monday little do I know I'm sitting outside today(Saturday) and bam there's my spores only took 1 day to ship and they gave me a free of redspore syringe awesome customer service made sure every detail on my order was correct too bunches of spores in the syringes also
Possibly the best website for such microscopy needs. Sporeworks.com has a wonderful customer service "5/5" and or "10/10."

I just got off the phone with them and I just had to write a review because the customer service is so kind. The spore syringes got here in perfect condition and ahead of time so all of that was perfect. But the two times I’ve called, both to confirm my order and today to ask a question, the employees were extremely kind(I didn’t catch their names but it was a man and a woman)and answered all my questions straight to the point, and made ordering very easy and fast. I’m a first time buyer and plan to stay with sporeworks in the future, these guys are great!

I ordered a 4 pack of b+. When I examined them under the microscope there seemed to be some kind of contamination on every specimen I examined. I informed them and they sent a replacement immediately. Syringes are loaded with tons of spores for your microsposity needs.
First time customer, and I am impressed. Spore content was massive in each sample. Packaged well, low key, totally viable specimens that beat the other suppliers I have tried in 2021. Customer service was A+!
Anita literally saved the day. O was very frustrated and she remained calm with me and got me to order what a saint
If I'm being honest, I shouldn't give it 5 stars just yet as my research isn't complete. BUT, the spore syringes came very quickly. They gave me 14CCs per 10CC syringe which was awesome. Tons of spores in both syringes. A FREE syringe of PF Classic. All around great experience. Assuming my research goes smoothly, as it is so far, Sporeworks will always be my supplier.
Great communication, emailed and called me before I called them. In this case it was welcomed. Email from Sonja was professional, call with Cindy was unexpected but great and professional.
Only place I go to for spores... extremely professional and you can see the mass amounts of quality in the order. Unlike most of those backwoods dung kickers and over seas scams...
Highly recommend for exotics
I have ordered spores from Sporeworks twice. Both times I spoke with a professional on the phone and received a superior product.
Just got off the phone with customer service. While the issue I called about was well, well past the 30day return/exchange window, I had 2 syringes from a past order that were completely unviable (not talking about cultivating!!!). Nothing visible under 1000x. I truly didn’t expect anything considering I was well passed the time window but still called just in case as they have a cleanliness/viability guarantee and figured they would want to know they sent two out of five syringes as bunk. The customer service rep was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Genuinely disinterested. She was unable to pull up any of my account history, made me dig to find info for her. Then claimed the issue was on my end and she had never once heard of a dud syringe being sent out. Funny how many posts there are here as well as on shroomry about duds. She then said the light in my fridge probably affected the spores because I had stored them so long. I couldn’t roll my eyes any harder. I have syringes from SW that are 4+ years old stored the same way and are still viable. Almost half of my syringes were bunk and customer service wants to play the blame game instead of just taking accountability and reminding of the 30 day exchange window if they’re unwilling/unable to help. Don’t make up lies.
While I’m annoyed about almost half my order being duds, this review is focused towards customer service! Please don’t confuse that. Mistakes happen, totally understandable! But making up lies for excuses as to why a syringe is a dud is bs. Unprofessional.
Love SporeWorks but they really need new customer service reps because Joanna obviously doesn’t know what she is talking about if she thinks the light in my fridge ruined the syringes. P.s. they’re stored in a pencil box, so even if that was true, still duds.
Its funny all these people leaving bad reviews... i disagree completely.
This company is great! Any contamination claim i believe is operating error or another company that is trying to manipulate buyers.
I received some b+ and everything is moving along without a problem! I absolutely recommend these guys. Period.
